1. 2027 requirements for students staring Spring 2025 or later.

2. 2022 (5th Ed.) requirments for students who started Fall 2024 or earlier.

ABA Online students are not assigned advisors. The student services team will direct you to one of the Plans of Study below.  Plans of Study are based on your program and previous coursework at Florida Tech. Please select the Standard Plan of Assistant Behavior Analyst, Behavior Analyst, or Master's unless you have completed previous coursework with Florida Tech.

Use the Downloadable version of your plan of study and your unofficial transcript or CAPP report in PAWS to determine if you are on track to graduate and when you should petition to graduate.  (Previous 4th edition Florida Tech students will need to use the CAPP report version.)

Advising for 2027 certification requirement programs (New Students Spring 2025)

Plans of study are used by students to determine the courses they will register for each semester.  Students will select the Standard Plan of Study based on their admitted program. Semester 1 will be the first semester the student is admitted for (i.e. Spring, Summer, or Fall.) Students will follow the program plan exactly as indicated due to the compounding nature of the material. It is important to master the content in previous courses prior to advancing to the next course. Not following the Plan of Study can result in delay of graduation, repeating courses, or failure of a course.

Note: *If you completed BEHP5011 more than five years ago, please use the standard plan for your program.

If you have a specific exception to the plan of study, please email us at abaonline@551827.com
